Need to return or exchange your order? No problem! All you need is your order number and the email address associated with your account to get started.
If you are not satisfied with your order and the item is in unused condition with the original packaging still intact, then the item can be returned (for free if inside Pakistan) or exchanged within seven (07) days of the shipping date. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used, your request for a refund, exchange, or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
Items purchased from the Carrot Outlets are Final Sale and will not be considered for returns or exchanges.
